Japanese Basic Cooking Classes for helper or anybody who wants to learn!


About the class

Why not let your helper learn the basic Japanese cuisine technique for you to have more healthy Japanese cuisine at home? It is important to know the basic knowledge of Japanese food if anybody wants to start to cook Japanese food. After 4 times of the lessons, your helper can cook Japanese food to your table!

Though, the class is designed for the helpers, we'll welcome anybody who'd like to join us!


-Basic 1 (9th or 11th Nov): Perfect way to steam the Japanese rice and making dashi(Japanese soup stock) plus one dessert menu. A guide how to utilize the dashi to the cuisine such as Tamagoyaki(Japanese Style Omelet).

-Basic 2(16th or 18th Nov): Absolute way to grill the fish and nimono(stewed dishes) plus one dessert menu.

-Basic 3(23rd or 25th Nov): Yummy way to fry the coquette and tonkatsu pork or chicken. Plus Chawanmushi plus one dessert menu.

-Basic 4(30th Nov or 7th Dec) : Right way to make Sushi roll and aemono(vegetables with dressing) plus one dessert menu.

Class Schedule
11:00-12:30 Cooking Demo & lecture by Cooking Instructor Naomi
Attendees will have hands on session after the lecture partially.
12:30-13:00 Tastisng & Q&A

Class Fee: S$60 off! when Apply 4 time session S$340(UP: S$400) ! Individual Class Fee: S$100/per session.
The fee includes apron, recipe and ingredients.

About the Instructor
Naomi taught home style Japanese cooking at her home studio and at major Japanese Cooking studio in Hong Kong before moving to Singapore.
After working at popular Japanese restaurant in Singapore, she joined team Spoonful to be a Japanese cooking instructor. Now she enjoys teaching numerous fine, healthy home style cooking to Spoonful members!
